Japanese PM Abe: Who killed Subhash his files and Ashes?

Japanese PM Abe: Who killed Subhash his files and Ashes?

During his stay in India, Japanees PM Abe instead of going to
Rajghat will head to the eastern city of Kolkata to meet relatives
of Indian freedom fighter Subhash Chandra Bose. He is a dutiful
grandson of a wartime minister and passionate advocate for making
his nation prouder of its past opposite to the Nehru Gandhis and
their Congress. Should we learn something from Japan, worshiper of
Subhash?

Gandhi samadhi memorial of Mahatma Gandhi

Gandhi samadhi memorial of Mahatma Gandhi has the epitaph Hç Ram,
the last words uttered by Gandhi when Nathuram Godse fired on him.
Who wants to think about the invisible face and its conspiracy which
took the life of Netaji Subhash Bose?

Who should be called traitors and who should be called patriots?

Answer is buried beneath the various samadhis of Gandhighat and the
ashes of Subhash Bose. Jawaharlal Nehru's samadhi is to the north of
the Raj Ghat and is known as the Shantivan or Shanti Vana meaning
the forest of peace.

Does present Gandhi's government want o give respect to the last
word of Mahatma Gandhi Hç Ram to ruin Ram Sethu?

Gandhism has been reconstructed bankrupt

This happened due to the duplicacy of Gandhis and fake followers of
Gandhi. Song of Movie `Sachcha Jhootha' is "dil ko dekho chehra na
dekho chehre ne laakhon ko loota hai" This should be sing now as "
Cheha ko dekho dil na dekho dil ne laakhon ko loota hai" People may
go through the movie of Anupam Kher "Maine Gandhi ko nahen maraa'.
Godse killed Gandhi only one time but `"har roz har pal.baar baar
apne haathon se gala ghot kar mara hai. par mujhe koi dukh nahi
(everytime i killed gandhi).'

Buddha mar gaya (2007)

Rahul Rawail is the director and producer of this movie. Besides
other Anupam kher is also acting in this film.

Money corrupts and a humongous amount of money corrupts humongously…
That's the take off point for Buddha Mar Gaya – a black comedy about
dead bodies, mucho moolah and funerals… "Buddha Mar Gaya" takes you
on a rip-roaring ride into a world littered with dead bodies, mucho
moolah funerals....

.

Complicating matters further are an inquisitive and greedy servant,
the Prime Minister's fixer, a procurer of dead bodies, the paparazzi
and for good measure a couple of cops... And of course internal
jealousies, greed, rivalries within the family only add spice to the
goings on ...Budha Mar Gaya takes you on a rip- roaring ride into a
world littered with dead bodies, body parts, unending greed,
corruption, funerals, ice cubes and a femme fatale....

Who dare to make the movie on the secrets of the death of Netaji
Subhash Bose?

Is it not slap of CIC to PMO?

The Central Information Commission (CIC), the apex body under the
Right to Information Act, has ordered the powerful Prime Minister's
Office (PMO) to hand over documents relating to the destruction of a
sensitive file on Bose's mysterious disappearance.
Do heirs of the killers of Subhash Bose rule in India

Congress killed Netaji files

Why is the government relentlessly stonewalling queries about Bose?
There are several theories.

Congress killed Netaji files. Why Nehru betrayed Netaji. Gold-
Diamond loaded Trunks took Air journey. Where was wealth of Azad
Hind Bank? What said JanmBhoomi editor? What said Nehru to UK PM?

Who were involved in the conspiracy to murder Subhash Chandra Bose,
Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukerjee and Lal Bahadur Shstri? It is not
possible to find out answers of all these in this limited worded
article titled "Who killed Netaji?" of May 18, 2006
http://www.newsanalysisindia.com/may_06.htm

Netaji's Ashes received and disappeared?

PM Nehru office said Netaji's ashes were received

Question arises if received then where is that. Why was information
of the receiving not given to the nation?

This is not the magic of renowned magician P C Sarkar of Kolkata.
Any one may verifty it from him. I am giving here his contact
details: 140, B.T. Road, Block - D, Flat - 4. Calcutta-700 035.
Phone- 2577-5497.

As reported by Hindutantimes, An RTI application seeking response to
a letter from India's first Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru stating
that ashes of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose was received has put the
Ministry of External Affairs in a quandary.

Freedom, won by himsa or ahimsa….?

Economictimes has now published an article titled "Swaminathan S
Anklesaria Aiyar: Freedom, won by himsa or ahimsa?
In 1857 the mutineers were limited in numbers and lacked effective
leaders. But to fight World War II, the British created an army of
2.5 million Indian soldiers, including a capable officer cadre
trained at Sandhurst. By 1946, patriotic expectations had risen to a
high pitch in India. Even Congressmen like Nehru, who had condemned
the INA in 1942, were now defending INA rebels in military trials.

In this atmosphere, the British feared they could no longer rely on
the loyalty of the 2.5 million soldiers of the British Indian Army.
Unlike in 1857 or 1942, friendly Indian forces would not put down a
mutiny. In which case the mutineers would win and British civilians
would be slaughtered.

That, according to Freeman, made Britain's exit absolutely certain.
The 1857 mutiny may not have been a war of independence. But the
1946 naval mutiny made a repetition of 1857 seem so likely, and with
such fearful results, that Churchill and his imperialist crowd lost
all credibility even in Britain.

You may or may not accept Freeman's analysis fully. But it does
suggest that Bose played a greater role posthumously than when
alive. And it further suggests that the threat of himsa was at least
as big a factor in winning independence as Gandhiji's ahimsa.

" Infetious schizophrenia of Nuke Deal and……………….."

My previous article titled " Infetious schizophrenia of Nuke Deal
and……………….." : http://www.newsanalysisindia.com/120082007.htm

This article is also in this line, which starts with words: "
Follower of great liar Goebbel, Congress and left are habitual to
spread their disease of schizophrnia. Sympoms of Schizophrnia is
also found in Indo US Nuke deal. PM says again and again the N-Deal
is on the national interest against the opinion of parliament.
Indians predicted Newton 'discovery' by 250 years. Like that due to
the martyrism of Tilak, Savarkar, Subhash, Bhagat Singh and others
Britishers wrapped their beds to leave India,"

Conclusion

Magicians are not now in demand. Megician Sarkar himself has
accepted this. Now adays instead of P C sarkar, sarkar of fake
secular leaders has become popular magician. Prime Minister, highest
authority of India says his leader is Sonia Gandhi. Italian hands
with other foreign hands give direction to the government.

Is this black magic or writing history in black words? Sona means
gold. Sonia does not mean golden erra.

May you search bigger than this megic event in the Africa, which is
famous of black magic? Are parliamentarians in the grips of
invisible handcuffs?

Who elected them? Why should not atonement by them?
In Atonement (Prayaschit), one asks for forgiveness for the various
errors of commission and omission, the faults and sins committed
knowingly or unknowingly. Prayaschit helps us to reflect upon
ourselves in a way that leads to self-correction.

`Disclose all Indo-Russian correspondence on Netaji`

New Delhi, Aug 16: The Central Information Commission (CIC) has asked the External Affairs Ministry to disclose its correspondence with the erstwhile USSR over the disappearance of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose.

"The Commission feels that if the material could be made available to the Justice Mukherjee Commission for inquiry into the disappearance of Netaji, there is no reason why this material should not be disclosed to any researcher now," Information Commissioner O P Kejariwal said.

The Commission made this observation while hearing Delhi- based organisation Mission Netaji`s plea for certified copies of the complete correspondence between India and the USSR over Netaji`s disappearance in 1945.

The CIC, in its decision, relied on a letter from officials in Moscow that said the documents which were handed over to India were meant for "official use and for the work of the Mukherjee Commission in its investigation into the disapperence of Netaji".

"Now the work of Mukherjee Commission is over. The Information Commission, therefore, is all for the disclosure of this material to the appellant," Kejariwal said.

It, however, advised the external affairs ministry to seek a formal clearance from Russian authorities in this regard.

Responding to Mission Netaji`s application filed in August last year, the ministry had denied the information on ground that its disclosure would affect India`s relationship with Russia.

Destroyed File: CIC ask PMO to furnish details on Netaji

http://justiceforsu bhas.blogspot. com/

Giving its decision on the vexed issued of a destroyed PMO file on Subhas Chandra Bose's fate, the Central Information Commission has directed the Prime Minister's Office to provide documents sought by Mission Netaji.

"A copy each of page 68/N in File no RTI/219/2006/ PMO and page 151/C of File No 2(64)56-70 PM Vol V (closed) will now be provided to Mission Netaji within one week of issue of this Decision Notice," directed Chief Information Officer Wajahat Habibullah. The Chief Information Officer also handed over to PMO Director Amit Aggarwal copy of a letter by Mission Netaji to Habibullah with the instruction that "this document may be examined ... (and) further information provided to him".

Mission Netaji's letter lists 9 letters/documents exchanged between the PMO and Mukherjee Commission and states that "the key issue is transparency" .

"An evidently secret file concerning a matter of national importance appears to have been destroyed in suspicious circumstances and the PMO is sidestepping the issue. As such, the disclosure of 1 to 9 above will not only be in tune with my original application seeking 'all papers concerning the destruction of file No 12(226)/56-PM' but also serve public interest."

The file in question (No. 12(226)/56-PM titled Investigation into the circumstances leading to the death of Shri Subhas Chandra Bose) was destroyed in 1972 when Khosla Commission of Inquiry was functioning. The destruction was prima facie unlawful. Government procedures don't allow destruction of even unclassified historical papers relating to issues "which gave rise to interest or controversy on the national plane".

File 12(226)/56-PM in all probability was Top Secret, as most papers on Netaji's death are, and yet, the Prime Minister's Office informed Mission Netaji that it was destroyed "during routine process of review/weeding of old records". Government rules regarding "review/weeding of records" are very clear that "files/documents will not be destroyed" in case "an inquiry has been initiated ... by a Commission of Inquiry".

The destruction can only take place after the submission of the report by the Commission and with due approval of the head of the department. It is still not known who ordered the destruction of this file and why. However, it has been rumoured that the file was maintained by former Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru and was destroyed on orders of PN Haksar, the Secretary to Prime Minister Indira Gandhi.

In 1970s, the matter was brought to the notice of High Court judge GD Khosla, a friend of Pandit Nehru's, but he chose to remark in his report that "no case of concealment of evidence had been made out against the Government" and that file was destroyed "in the ordinary course of routine according to which old and unwanted files are destroyed to lighten the burden of the record rooms".

On the other hand, Mukherjee Commission (1999-2005) opined that the file could have been of "great assistance" in resolving the matter. Unlike Khosla, whose inquiry betrayed evidence of partiality and fraudulence, Mukherjee, a former Supreme Court judge, almost indicted the Government for not parting with details about the file's destruction.

CIC tells PMO to hand over files on Netaji

August 14, 2007 12:56 IST
The Central Information Commission has directed the Prime Minister's Office to disclose copies of documents relating to the destruction of a file on the probe into the death of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose.
The order came on a Right to Information application filed by Mission Netaji, seeking copies of papers concerning the destruction, in 1972, of a PMO file titled 'Investigation into the circumstances leading to the death of Sri Subhas Chandra Bose'.
An official of Mission Netaji -- a capital-based organisation -- had sought certified copies of documents pertaining to he destruction of the file which took place while a judicial inquiry on Netaji was on.
Taking note of two files which had reference to the destruction of the file, as produced by the PMO during the hearing, Chief Information Commissioner Wajahat Habibullah directed the Prime Minister's Office to provide its copies to Mission Netaji within a week.
A Mission Netaji official, while contending that there were "clearly" copies of documents relating to the file's destruction, had submitted
before the CIC various letters on Netaji's disappearance that were made available by the PMO to the Justice Mukherjee inquiry commission.
Earlier, the Central Public Information Officer of PMO, in response to Mission Netaji's RTI plea had stated that the file was destroyed in 1972 during "routine process of review/weeding of old records".
Mission Netaji's application, which was originally filed with the Cabinet Secretariat on August 2 last year, was transferred to
the PMO.
